How Long Will My Glasses Take To Arrive?
Our maximum delivery time is 21 days (28 for Rimless Frames). However we aim to complete delivery on all orders in 7-10 working days. |

What Is Your Refund Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return your item(s) within 14 days of your invoice date in the same condition as you received them and we will promptly refund you. We believe all customers have the right to change their mind! |

Can I try Before I Buy?
We fully understand that you may want to try your glasses on before you buy them, maybe you want to ensure that they fit comfortably or you cannot choose between 2 or more frames, well you can. Simply select your frame, checkout and pay, as long as you return the frame in the same condition as you receive them we will refund you the full amount. |
What If My Frames Need Adjusting After I Receive Them?
Everyone is different so some of you may need your frame adjusting slightly to get a perfect fit, if this is the case just pop along to your local opticians, most opticians will adjust your frame for a minimal charge, the best ones will even do this for free! |
